OUR IMPACT

Accelerating the transition to a nature positive future.

Our world faces natural collapse. Agriculture sits in a position unique to man-made systems: between our industrial and natural needs. To mitigate the current crisis and reverse damage done for the sake of those coming after us, business-as-usual land management won’t cut it.

We need a step change.

Impact Ag Partners is pioneering regenerative farming and ranching at scale, where resilient, profitable agriculture systems deliver positive impact to our global society, environment, and economy. We meet demand for sustainable, nature-positive products by converting opportunities in investment-grade agriculture to profit-positive operations in the US.

We believe in what we do. We are hands-on, committed to the impact every day; collaborating with like-minded partners who want to change the world… from the ground up.

OUR DIFFERENCE

NATURE IS CAPITAL

Our natural world doesn’t just hold resources, it transforms them into living assets and services– what we call “natural capital.” Nutrient cycling, soil fertility, watershed health, etc.– these sophisticated innate systems clearly add value to humanity, cleaning our air and water and producing our food.

When ecosystems lose natural capital, producers pay to replace what nature once provided free of charge– often with inferior synthetic substitutes.

Regenerative agriculture deploys natural capital. These practices repair damage done, increase current productivity, and build long-term resilience– amplifying advantages readily available in the environment itself.

SUBVERTING STANDARD PRACTICE

Our approach begins on the ground. We take stock of each natural asset we manage using scientific data to develop a plan to redeploy and nurture those assets to their highest potential. Our team works on-site, guiding the transition to regenerative practices by training them to implement prescribed realignments into the day-to-day, across the entire operation.

Every new farm and ranch is a fresh opportunity to engage in the place and lives of the communities they feed and clothe. Local outreach is essential to our mission. Through deliberate, constructive presence in the community fabric, we foster a broadening awareness of profitable, nature-positive agriculture. Our managed operations lead entire communities in regenerative, accelerating widespread adoption for the good.

THE IMPACT AG GREEN BOX

SARA SCHMUDE ON ECOSYSTEM SERVICES: The unsung hero of productive, profitable agriculture

Ecosystem services, once the purview of non-profits, are now recognized as vital to agricultural productivity, resilience, and sustainability. But what are they? How do they benefit us? And what can we do to protect them?
